mejores <strong>agencias de promotores<\/strong> para impulsar sus venta y comenzar con el pie derecho el 2024, impactando directamente en la generaci\u00f3n de puestos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a cifras de Touch Latam los requerimientos de dotaci\u00f3n de personal para sobrellevar el alza en las ventas que ocasiona el regreso a clases <strong>crecen un 350% versus a meses valle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No obstante, si miramos la cifra comparada con la misma estacionalidad del a\u00f1o anterior, la ca\u00edda es de 33%, reflejando el <strong>periodo de contracci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 enfrentando la industria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Juli\u00e1n Quiroga, Business Manager Latam de Touch, se\u00f1ala que igualmente las compa\u00f1\u00edas han tomado precauciones para contrarrestar los efectos que pudiese tener una ca\u00edda en los equipos de venta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe hicieron negociaciones con los grandes retailers para <strong>aumentar el stock de productos en un 4% promedio<\/strong> y este a\u00f1o los d\u00edas de campa\u00f1a crecer\u00e1n un 15% respecto a 2023, llegando a dos meses de activaci\u00f3n, aproximadamente\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p>Quiroga agrega que \u201csi bien es natural que en tiempos dif\u00edciles las empresas ajusten sus proyecciones de crecimiento y reduzcan sus costos financieros, la campa\u00f1a <strong>\u2018Back to School\u2019 concentra un gran volumen de las contrataciones<\/strong> que se dan en los periodos \u00e1lgidos de trabajo, como Navidad y D\u00eda de la Madre, en los cuales activamos una mayor cantidad de personas.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, por lo general en esta \u00e9poca debemos cubrir alrededor de <strong>500 vacantes m\u00e1s que en meses normales<\/strong>, siendo un 50% de la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana y el resto principalmente de la Regi\u00f3n de Valpara\u00edso, del B\u00edo B\u00edo y de La Araucan\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si analizamos los datos por rubro,<strong> destaca al sector Calzado<\/strong>, que alcanza el 90% de las solicitudes de nuevos colaboradores, lo que representa un crecimiento de 263% respecto a etapas sin peak de demanda.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d3e832 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
